HIRING – GYM & CAR SHOP SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage and coordinate staff and workers
- Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and workplace discipline
- Handle customer queries and ensure good customer service
- Coordinate gym activities, equipment maintenance, and staff duties
- Supervise car shop/workshop activities and ensure timely completion of work
- Monitor inventory, tools, and other required supplies
- Maintain daily records and report operational issues to management
- Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed

Requirements:

- Previous supervisory/management experience preferred
- Experience in gym, automobile, workshop, or related operations is an advantage
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage staff and multiple responsibilities
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
- Valuable organizational and problem-solving skills
