We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager for our solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of solar EPC projects within the scheduled timeline and budget.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end solar project execution
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Prepare project schedules, reports, and documentation
- Handle material planning and manpower allocation
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance at site
- Attend client meetings and resolve project issues

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in Solar EPC projects preferred
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of project management and site execution
- Ability to travel across project locations

Experience

- 3+ Years preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
