Junior Video Editor – Roles & ResponsibilitiesRole Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled Junior Video Editor to join our team. The candidate should have a good understanding of video editing, social media content, short-form video creation, and digital marketing content.

The role involves creating engaging and high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and digital platforms.

* Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, and marketing content.

* Select the best footage and create compelling visual stories through effective editing.

* Add transitions, text, subtitles, graphics, music, sound effects, and basic visual effects.

* Maintain consistency in video style, quality, and brand guidelines.

* Understand content requirements and collaborate with the Content, Marketing, and Creative teams.

* Convert raw footage and creative concepts into polished, engaging video content.

* Ensure proper video composition, pacing, timing, music synchronization, and overall visual quality.

* Use AI-powered tools to improve the video creation, editing,



and content production workflow.

* Explore AI tools for generating creative ideas, visuals, scripts, captions, and other video assets.

* Stay updated with current social media trends, video formats, editing styles, transitions, and content trends.

* Make necessary revisions based on feedback and ensure the final output meets project requirements.

* Manage multiple video projects and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

* Organize and maintain video files, project files, footage, graphics, and other creative assets properly.

* Ensure videos are optimized according to the requirements of different social media and digital platforms.

* Continuously improve editing skills and explore new video editing techniques and creative tools.

Required Technical Skills

Video Editing Software:

* Adobe Premiere Pro

* Adobe After Effects

* CapCut

AI & Prompting:

* Basic to positive knowledge of AI-powered creative tools.

* Understanding of AI prompting / prompt engineering for generating content ideas, visuals, scripts, and creative assets.

* Ability to explore and effectively use emerging AI video and content creation tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
