Hiring – Quantity Surveyor (QS)

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates and cost calculations.

* Measure **RCC, steel, masonry, plastering, flooring and finishing works**.

* Prepare and verify contractor/vendor bills.

* Monitor project quantities, costs and material consumption.

* Conduct quantity reconciliation and identify variations.

* Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and vendors.

* Review drawings and ensure quantities match project requirements.

* Maintain project-wise quantity and cost records.

**Required Skills:**

* Strong knowledge of **Quantity Surveying, BOQ & Estimation**.

* Good understanding of **residential construction**.

* Proficiency in **MS Excel and AutoCAD**.

* Valuable analytical and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
