Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Online HSE Faculty to deliver engaging and effective Health, Safety & Environment training through online platforms to students and working professionals. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to conduct interactive virtual training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct online HSE, Fire & Safety, and Occupational Safety training sessions.
- Deliver engaging theoretical and practical concepts through virtual classes.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, and online learning resources.
- Explain safety procedures, regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Conduct online assessments, quizzes, discussions, and interactive learning activities.
- Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide and support students with assignments, assessments, and course-related queries.
- Maintain online attendance, training records, assessment reports,



and student progress.
- Ensure timely completion of the assigned syllabus and training schedules.
- Stay updated with the latest HSE standards, regulations, and industry practices.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in HSE, Safety Engineering, Fire & Safety, or a relevant field.
- Relevant HSE/Safety certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and online teaching skills.
- Comfortable conducting classes through Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
- Previous teaching/training experience, preferably in an online workplace.
- Ability to engage and effectively communicate with students through virtual platforms.
- Nearest Candidates preferred

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
