· Assist with statutory and regulatory compliance activities for India and UAE operations.
· Maintain compliance calendars, trackers, registers, and supporting documents.
· Assist in preparing and organizing documents required for statutory filings and registrations.
· Monitor compliance deadlines and follow up on pending requirements.
· Support documentation related to tax, licensing, regulatory registrations, and renewals.
· Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
· Assist in responding to compliance-related information requests and notices.
· Conduct basic research on applicable regulatory requirements and updates.
· Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external professionals for compliance matters.
Documentation & Record Management:
· Maintain systematic records of compliance documents and correspondence.
· Organize digital and physical files for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
· Prepare basic compliance reports and status updates.
· Ensure confidential business and regulatory information is handled appropriately.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Freshers with relevant academic knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of Indian statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Awareness of UAE compliance requirements will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Robust documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
