About the Role:
Crossweave, a leader in high-quality outdoor textiles and lifestyle accessories, is seeking a seasoned Accounts Manager to anchor its finance and accounts function. This role is pivotal to ensuring fiscal discipline, financial transparency, and strategic financial management across both our operational hubs in Gurugram – Sector 99 and Udyog Vihar Phase VI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the full spectrum of accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and maintain accurate regulatory reporting
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits; ensure timely closure
- Prepare and review MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget forecasts
- Manage vendor payments, receivables follow-ups, and internal cost controls
- Drive ERP/accounting software implementation and optimization




- Work closely with senior management to deliver financial insights that drive strategic decisions
- Oversee banking operations, fund management, and day-to-day finance activities
- Lead a small team with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of core experience in accounting and financial management
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end accounts in a manufacturing or trading setup
- Robust command over Tally, Excel, and modern ERP systems
- In-depth understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax compliance, and financial documentation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Resides in or near Gurugram with easy access to either Sector 99 or Udyog Vihar
