We are looking for a young, energetic, target-oriented Sales Team Lead to manage a team of 8–10 Sales Executives.

Key Requirement

* Robust target & sales orientation

* 1–2+ years’ experience in Sales + Team Handling

* Experience in Loans / Insurance / Credit Cards / Financial Sales / Target-based Sales preferred

* Proven ability to drive team targets & conversions

* Proactive, responsible & highly accountable

* Excellent communication & people-management skills

* English + Kannada mandatory

* Good computer & CRM knowledge

* Ability to train, motivate, monitor and retain the team

* Must be willing to work from office, full-time
