Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- Strong production planning and management skills.
- Ability to manage production teams and daily operations.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Monitor production schedules, manpower and machine utilization.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
