About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to manage and supervise commercial interior fit-out projects from execution to completion.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3+ years of relevant experience in commercial interiors, office fit-outs, and site execution, with a robust understanding of construction activities, coordination with vendors and contractors, quality control, and day-to-day site management.

The candidate should be comfortable working independently at site, coordinating multiple agencies, and ensuring that work is executed as per drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day execution of commercial interior and office fit-out projects.
- Read and understand architectural, interior, MEP, furniture, ceiling, flooring, partition and detailed working drawings.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, specifications and site requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise civil, carpentry, gypsum, false ceiling, flooring, painting, glass, aluminium, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, networking and other interior works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and site labour.
- Monitor manpower and ensure optimum utilization of labour at site.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, finishes and workmanship at different stages of execution.
- Identify site issues,



discrepancies and clashes and coordinate with the project/design team for resolution.
- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination between different trades to avoid delays and rework.
- Monitor material delivery, quantity, quality and proper storage at site.
- Maintain daily site progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager / Design Team.
- Ensure work is completed within the agreed project schedule and milestones.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure rectification of defective or incomplete work.
- Coordinate site measurements and assist with quantity verification wherever required.
- Maintain proper site records, including daily progress, manpower, material requirements and pending works.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices and discipline at the project site.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification and final handover activities.
- Take ownership of site execution and proactively resolve day-to-day site challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial interior fit-out / office interior execution.
- Strong practical knowledge of commercial interior construction and execution.
- Good understanding of various interior trades and their execution sequence.
- Ability to read and interpret working drawings and construction details.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware and construction methods used in commercial interiors.




- Experience in coordinating multiple contractors and agencies simultaneously.
- Good understanding of site measurements, levels, dimensions and quality checks.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site activities independently and take quick decisions when required.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Comfortable working under project deadlines and handling multiple priorities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Word, AutoCAD drawings and digital site reporting will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with prior experience in corporate office interiors, commercial fit-outs, retail, hospitality or large-scale commercial projects will be preferred.
- Should be hands-on, responsible and proactive, rather than only having theoretical knowledge.
- Should be capable of independently managing day-to-day site execution and contractor coordination.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who understands how a commercial interior site actually gets executed — from setting out and partitions to ceiling, flooring, electrical, MEP coordination, furniture, finishes and final handover.

The candidate should be site-oriented, technically sound, disciplined and detail-focused, with the ability to identify problems before they become execution issues.

Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
