Store Keeper – Finished Goods (Medicine Issue)

About the Role

We are looking for a Store Keeper for our finished goods store in a pharmaceutical company. You will receive medicines from production, store them properly, issue them against approved orders, and keep stock records accurate.

Responsibilities

- Receive finished medicines from production and check product name, batch number, quantity, and expiry date
- Store medicines batch-wise and product-wise as per SOPs and Positive Storage Practices
- Issue medicines only against approved Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, or Requisitions, following FEFO
- Update ERP and stock registers after every receipt and issue
- Do daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks and report any shortage or discrepancy
- Monitor expiry dates and inform the concerned department about near-expiry stock




- Prepare GRN, issue vouchers, delivery challans, and dispatch records
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Logistics for on-time dispatch
- Handle returned medicines, segregate for QA, and update records
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe as per GMP and safety rules

Requirements

- Graduate
- [1–3] years experience in a pharma or warehouse store (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge — ERP/Tally and MS Excel
- Accurate in record keeping and physically fit for store work
