Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio and Operations Manager to support value stream operations, portfolio governance, and technology delivery within a complex enterprise setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, and experience in program and portfolio management within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Portfolio Delivery Lead with portfolio and program management, business cases, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and system governance in Clarity.

Maintain accurate portfolio structures, hierarchies, and operational workflows within Clarity.

Support Value Streams in completing NFRs, compliance assessments, and related operational activities.

Collate, analyze, and present portfolio data to generate executive reports for senior leadership.

Evaluate financial metrics, including project estimates, actual expenditure, and burn-up rates.

Monitor delivery performance, perform trend analysis,



and evaluate correlations across project portfolios.

Identify and mitigate operational risks while enforcing standard governance practices.

Build and maintain working relationships across cross-functional, matrixed organizational teams.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in program, portfolio, or technology operations management.

Experience working within financial services or banking environments.

Strong foundation in technology operations, software delivery methodologies, and project financial management.

Demonstrated ability to analyze portfolio data, build metrics, and execute operational risk mitigation.

Strong stakeholder management and verbal/written communication skills in matrixed setups.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with multinational banking institutions or large financial service providers.

Exposure to regulatory, compliance, and market governance frameworks.
