Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Formwork Sorting & Modification Supervisor to manage and supervise the sorting, modification, fitting, quality checking, and handover of Aluminium Mivan Formwork materials. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper material management, timely modification, quality standards, and readiness of panels for project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the sorting and segregation of Aluminium Mivan Formwork materials.
- Identify damaged, incorrect, or defective panels and arrange for necessary modification and rectification.
- Handle aluminium panel modification, fitting, and finishing activities.
- Ensure proper coating and finishing of aluminium panels as per quality requirements.
- Conduct quality inspections before material handover or dispatch.
- Manage handover panel activities and ensure materials meet the required standards.
- Assist in yard operations, including material arrangement, identification, and segregation.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of aluminium formwork materials to minimize damage and material loss.
- Coordinate with site and project teams regarding material requirements and availability.




- Monitor the readiness of modified and repaired materials for timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with sorting, modification, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow company safety, quality, and material management procedures.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Aluminium Mivan Formwork / Shuttering systems.
- Experience in aluminium panel sorting and material segregation.
- Knowledge of aluminium panel modification and fitting.
- Understanding of quality checking and finishing requirements.
- Basic knowledge of yard material management.
- Knowledge of handover panel procedures.
- Valuable coordination and team management skills.
- Ability to identify material defects and modification requirements.

Experience Required

2–3 years of relevant experience in Aluminium Mivan Formwork, including sorting, modification, fitting, quality checking, and handover activities.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
