Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Senior Industrial Refrigeration Technicians with strong hands-on exposure to industrial refrigeration and chiller systems.

The selected candidates will be responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing of refrigeration and associated utility systems at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial refrigeration compressors, screw chillers, condensing units, evaporators and condensers.
- Operation and maintenance of water-cooled and air-cooled condenser systems.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of PHE (Plate Heat Exchangers) and chilled-water circuits.
- Refrigerant charging, recovery, vacuuming, leak detection and pressure testing.
- Troubleshooting of refrigeration controls, sensors, solenoid valves, expansion valves and electrical control panels.
- Diagnose and rectify refrigeration, mechanical, electrical and control-related faults.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Attend customer breakdown/service calls independently and complete jobs within the required timeline.
- Prepare service reports and communicate technical requirements and spare-parts requirements to the service team.
- Guide junior technicians/helpers during service, installation and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with customers, supervisors and the HO/service team.




- Willingness to travel to outstation customer locations for service and installation assignments.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with hands-on refrigeration experience in ice-cream manufacturing plants will be strongly preferred.

Candidates from similar industries such as:

- Dairy
- Food processing
- Frozen food
- Cold-chain
- Cold storage
- Beverage
- Process industries
- Other temperature-controlled manufacturing facilities

will also be considered.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with industrial refrigeration/chiller systems, water-cooled condensers, screw chillers, PHEs, compressors, chilled-water systems and associated utilities in a production environment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
