Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Counselor & Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their career and course requirements, providing information about courses, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact prospective students through phone calls and follow up on leads.
- Understand students' interests, career goals, and educational requirements.
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and career options.
- Schedule and coordinate student visits and counseling sessions.
- Follow up regularly with interested students and maintain lead records.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly admission/counseling targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission team for smooth student enrollment.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle calls and follow-ups effectively.
- Previous experience in counselling, telecalling, sales, or the education industry will be an advantage.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
