German Cafe Academy is looking for a confident and proactive Academic Counsellor to handle student enquiries, admissions and front-office coordination.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with students and parents, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable German language courses and opportunities, and consistently following up with leads to convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp and online student enquiries
- Counsel students and parents about German language courses, exam preparation and available programs
- Understand each student's requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Follow up consistently with new and existing leads
- Convert qualified enquiries into admissions
- Manage the front desk and welcome students, parents and visitors professionally
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, admission and payment records
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams regarding batches, schedules and student requirements
- Respond promptly to calls, messages and general enquiries
- Maintain a professional and organised reception workplace




- Prepare and submit daily/weekly enquiry, follow-up and conversion reports
- Contribute ideas to improve admissions, student experience and overall business growth

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in counselling and speaking with students and parents
- Good follow-up and convincing skills
- Target-oriented with an interest in sales and admissions
- Professional, organised and presentable
- Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp and basic computer/CRM work
- Ability to multitask between counselling and front-office responsibilities
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Previous experience in academic counselling, admissions, sales or customer relations is an advantage

Pay: ₹12,386.43 - ₹35,448.56 per month
