BSc MLT – Laboratory Technician

Position: Laboratory Technician / Lab Technologist
Qualification: BSc MLT (Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology)
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant laboratory experience

We are looking for an experienced BSc MLT professional with strong practical knowledge in laboratory operations and biochemistry testing using semi-automatic analyzers.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately.
- Operate and maintain semi-automatic biochemistry analyzers.
- Handle biochemistry parameters such as LFT, RFT, lipid profile, glucose, electrolytes, and other routine tests.
- Perform sample collection, processing, labeling, and proper storage.
- Conduct internal quality control and ensure accuracy of test results.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, reagents, and daily records.
- Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot basic analyzer and testing-related issues.




- Ensure timely reporting of laboratory results.
- Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.

Required Skills

- BSc MLT qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience.
- Good hands-on knowledge of semi-automatic biochemistry analyzers.
- Strong knowledge of biochemistry laboratory procedures.
- Good understanding of sample handling and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in diagnostic laboratories and routine biochemistry operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
