We are looking for a passionate and experienced Barista Trainer to train clients on coffee machines and barista skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coffee preparation, grinder calibration, and espresso extraction, along with excellent communication skills to conduct client training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on coffee machines and barista techniques for clients.
- Perform grinder settings, calibration, and espresso extraction to ensure beverage quality.
- Demonstrate machine operation, daily maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
- Train clients on milk frothing, latte art, and beverage preparation standards.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients through effective communication and support.
- Visit client locations for installation support and training when required.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Stay updated on new coffee equipment and brewing techniques.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Barista or Barista Trainer.
- Strong knowledge of grinder settings, espresso extraction, and coffee brewing techniques.
- Experience in training clients on commercial coffee machines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Delhi and nearby areas for client training.
- Passion for coffee and customer service.
Preferred Qualification:
- Certification in Barista Skills or Coffee Training is an added advantage.
- Experience with commercial espresso machines and grinders.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
