Financial Analyst – CFO Office | Bengaluru

About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support our Fractional CFO practice with financial analysis, MIS, forecasting and reporting. The role involves working closely with the Partner and Engagement Managers to turn financial data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly MIS and management reports covering revenue, margins, working capital, cash flow and key business metrics.
- Analyse P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements and identify variances, trends and potential risks.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow modelling and scenario analysis.
- Prepare financial models and reports for management, lenders and investors.
- Review closed financials and identify inconsistencies or areas requiring further investigation.
- Work with the finance/controllership team on AR, AP and month-end/book closure requirements.
- Build and maintain Excel-based financial models, dashboards and reporting templates.

Requirements





- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A;, Finance, Accounting, Audit or Controllership.
- Strong understanding of AR, AP and month-end/book closure.
- Valuable knowledge of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Experience in MIS, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred.
- Candidates from CA firms, Big 4, advisory firms, startups or finance teams would be preferred.
- Comfortable working on-site in Bengaluru and 6 days a week.

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
