Role purpose

The Manager owns end-to-end delivery outcomes for AWS cloud, serverless API and data platform engagements. The role provides technical direction, delivery governance, client leadership, people development and commercial awareness while ensuring high-quality, insight-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Own delivery planning, governance and execution for AWS cloud, serverless and data platform workstreams or engagements.

- Define solution direction across Terraform-based cloud infrastructure, API Gateway, Lambda, Python services, security controls and observability.

- Review architecture, delivery plans, estimates, risks, dependencies and release readiness with project and client leadership.

- Drive implementation of secure cloud controls across IAM, networking, S3, logging, monitoring and operational resilience.

- Guide teams working on data lake and analytics components including Glue, S3, Athena, Redshift and Tableau integrations.

- Establish delivery standards for CI/CD, code review, environment management, documentation and production support handover.

- Manage client expectations, facilitate decision-making and ensure project teams remain aligned to business outcomes.

Required technical skills

- Extensive AWS cloud implementation experience with strong understanding of modern cloud architecture and delivery models.

- Solid command of Terraform, infrastructure as code governance and reusable module strategy.





- Strong understanding of serverless API design, Python services, cloud security and operational monitoring.

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, priorities and delivery risks.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and client relationship management skills.

Good-to-have capabilities

- Experience setting up engineering operating models, DevOps governance and release management processes.

- Ability to shape proposals, estimates, solution approaches and delivery roadmaps.

- Understanding of analytics, data management, performance management and next-generation technology trends.

- Experience mentoring Senior Consultants, Consultants and Analysts.
