We are seeking a motivated B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.In this role, you will take ownership of finding potential clients, scraping high-quality leads, and managing our cold outreach campaigns. This is a high-visibility position where your success directly drives our company's growth.Key Responsibilities

- Lead Scraping & Research: Independently research, identify, and extract high-value B2B lead lists using online databases, LinkedIn, and scraping tools.
- Cold Outreach: Initiate first contact with decision-makers via cold email, LinkedIn messaging, or other targeted outreach channels.
- Opportunity Qualification: Present our core offerings clearly, gauge client interest, and qualify potential accounts.
- Pipeline Management: Track outreach statistics, organize communication histories, and maintain clean lead lists in our tracking system.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, virtual assistance,



or digital marketing. (We are willing to train candidates with the right drive and basic skills!)
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with data scraping techniques, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, or cold outreach software is highly preferred.
- Communication: Solid skilled written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Mindset: Highly resourceful, organized, and capable of working independently with excellent attention to detail.
