- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Prepare the Operation Theatre, instruments, equipment, and required supplies before each procedure.
- Ensure proper sterilization, disinfection, and maintenance of OT instruments and equipment.
- Perform surgical scrub, gowning, gloving, and maintain strict aseptic techniques.
- Assist with patient preparation, positioning, shifting, and secure transfer.
- Check and maintain OT emergency drugs, crash cart, and essential supplies.
- Perform pre-operative and post-operative nursing care as required.
- Maintain surgical safety checklist, OT registers, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, CSSD, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Ensure proper counting of instruments, needles, gauze, and other surgical items before and after procedures.
- Follow infection-control,



biomedical waste management, and hospital safety protocols.
- Monitor availability and expiry of OT consumables, drugs, and surgical supplies.
- Handle OT emergencies effectively and assist in resuscitation when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and smooth functioning of the OT at all times.
- When OT procedures are not scheduled, perform ward nursing duties as assigned, based on the duty roster and hospital requirements.
- Comply with hospital policies, NABH standards, quality requirements, and patient-safety protocols.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
