You will handle the end-to-end hiring process, finding and securing top talent to fuel our business growth. If you are great at networking and building relationships, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities

- Source: Find active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and portals.
- Screen: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills and culture fit.
- Coordinate: Schedule interviews and manage feedback loops with hiring managers.
- Offer: Manage salary negotiations and help onboard new hires.

Requirements

- Location: Must be able to reliably commute to our office in Althan, Surat.
- Experience: 2+ years of recruitment experience (Consulting or Agency background preferred).
- Skills: Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, ATS) and excellent communication.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
