Job Title: Grievance Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Grievance Officer to handle employee grievances, maintain positive employee relations, and ensure timely resolution of workplace concerns. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR/Employee Relations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and resolve employee grievances and workplace concerns effectively.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues.
- Conduct grievance discussions and coordinate with management for appropriate resolution.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of employee grievances and resolutions.
- Ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive employee matters.
- Support employee relations and maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with department heads and management for grievance resolution.
- Identify recurring employee concerns and recommend suitable corrective actions.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures,



and employee communication.
- Support HR activities related to employee engagement and welfare.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Grievance Handling / Employee Relations / HR.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Good documentation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Aluminium Extrusion, Metal Manufacturing, Wires & Cables, or other manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
