Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced L1.5 Technical Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical assistance to international customers for laptops, desktops, printers, and related software.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, international voice process experience, and good technical troubleshooting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to international customers through voice interactions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, Windows OS, and software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related technical issues.
- Assist customers with printer setup, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot basic Wi-Fi, LAN, IP, and DNS-related issues.
- Explain technical solutions clearly in simple and customer-friendly language.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer issues and resolutions.
- Ensure high First Call Resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated or complex technical issues appropriately.
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and service-level requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Tech, or related technical qualifications preferred.




- Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Support / Customer Support / IT Helpdesk.
- International voice process experience is required.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, MS Office, and common software applications.
- Knowledge of printer setup and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of Wi-Fi, LAN, IP, DNS, and networking concepts.
- Robust problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekends.
- Hindi fluency is required for the India team.
