- Graduate in any discipline.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and WhatsApp.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Strong documentation and data-entry abilities.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in placement, recruitment, HR, skill development, or government projects will be preferred.
