Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase YouTube channel subscribers, views, and engagement.
- Create high-quality video content that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email newsletters).
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.




- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video marketing, content strategy, and growth hacking.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in creating & growing YouTube channels or similar platforms.
- Proven track record of success in driving audience growth through creative content creation.
- Solid understanding of YouTube algorithm, SEO principles, and social media optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Pay: ₹375,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
