About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and related infrastructure projects across Delhi NCR. The role requires strong site management, workforce deployment, and vendor coordination skills to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day execution of WTP and infrastructure projects at site.
- Oversee workforce deployment, attendance, and productivity across multiple sites.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Site Order Books (SOB), BOQs, and measurement sheets to support billing and project documentation.
- Liaise with contractors, labor vendors, and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted material and manpower supply.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and quality checks as per project standards.
- Monitor execution against drawings and specifications, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues; escalate to Project/Operations Manager where required.
- Capture work progress photos, reports, and documentation for internal and client reviews.
- The selected candidate will be based in Jaipur for the initial 6–8 months and may subsequently be relocated to Gurgaon or another project location,



( if requied) and depending on business requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (Civil preferred).
- 2–4 years of site execution experience in WTP, utility, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong background in project supervision, BOQ preparation, DPR reporting, vendor management, and site safety compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and basic project documentation tools.
- Effective communication and coordination skills in Hindi (mandatory); English/local NCR languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multi-skilled workforce across multiple sites.
