Job Description

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortigate or Checkpoint or PaloAlto Firewall or SentinelOne





- Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching issues.

- Monitor network and security infrastructure and resolve incidents.

- Manage firewall policies, NAT, VPN, and basic security configurations.

- Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, and performance-related issues.

- Perform configuration changes as per approved processes.

- Maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting records.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Network Security / Network Administration.

- Good knowledge in any one of Fortigate or Checkpoint or PaloAlto Firewall.

- Good understanding of Routing and Switching.

- Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and VPN.

- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to work in a support/operations environment.

- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with technical teams.

- CCNA certification is an added advantage.

- Network security related certification is an added advantage.
