- Supervise and coordinate the service staff during shifts
- Ensure guests are welcomed, seated, and served professionally
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Communicate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service
- Train and mentor stewards and junior staff
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Assist in menu knowledge, wine pairing, and upselling
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality or fine dining
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Italian & Continental cuisine preferred
- Familiarity with bar service and cocktails (speakeasy concept is a plus)
