As we scale our operations, we're looking for dedicated Site Incharges to lead on-ground execution.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Incharge / Supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will manage vendors, labour, and materials on-site, ensure work quality matches design specifications, and keep projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day site execution across assigned interior projects
- Coordinate with vendors, labour, and the project team
- Ensure work is carried out as per design drawings and quality standards
- Monitor daily progress, material usage, and project timelines
- Maintain accurate site records and report regularly to management
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to ensure timely project delivery




- Liaise with the design and project management team for smooth handovers

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
- Relevant site experience: Junior (0–2 years) / Senior (5+ years)
- Good working knowledge of interior finishing materials and execution processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work at project sites in and around Hyderabad
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and labour teams simultaneously
