One Friday – a premium kidswear brand – is looking for an experienced & passionate Sales executive to join our retail team in Jaipur.
Role: Sales Executive

What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion / kidswear / lifestyle
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable kidswear products.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and store sales targets.
- Drive sales through effective product presentation, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Maintain complete knowledge of products, sizes, collections, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product displays as per brand guidelines.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service throughout the shopping experience.
- Assist with billing, POS transactions, exchanges, and returns as per company policy.
- Maintain proper stock arrangement, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the Store Manager.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
