- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure raw material availability.
- Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Identify bottlenecks in production and suggest process improvements.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain production records.
- Ensure that finished products meet the required quality specifications.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team to resolve production-related quality issues.
- Monitor machine performance and schedule maintenance as needed.
- Assist in workforce management, including training and performance monitoring.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
