About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Lead to join our team in Marthandam.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization, keyword research, technical SEO, content strategy, and Google search performance. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, traffic, rankings, and overall website performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Handle On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website structure, content, meta tags, internal linking, and other SEO elements.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO platforms.
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers/content teams for improvements.
- Develop and execute effective link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and current SEO best practices.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.




- Lead and guide SEO team members when required.

Requirements

- 4+ years of proven experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO.
- Valuable knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and monitor SEO campaigns.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Candidates with a proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic will be preferred.
