- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and approved requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and other site personnel.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Check measurements and assist in quantity calculations and material requirements.
- Track daily work progress and maintain basic site records and reports.
- Assist in preparing material requirements and coordinating timely availability at site.
- Identify and report site issues, deviations, and delays to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the engineering team for drawings, clarifications, and site requirements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to basic site safety practices.
- Support inspection and completion of civil works as per project requirements.
Preferred Candidate
- 0–1 year of experience in civil construction/site work.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internship/site experience will have an added advantage.
