WE’RE HIRING | ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, statutory compliance, and reporting activities.

What You’ll Do

- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Record purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries in accounting software.
- Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, cash books, and ledger accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Maintain vendor and customer account reconciliations.
- Process contractor, supplier, and employee payments.
- Monitor project-wise expenses and maintain accurate cost records.
- Maintain records related to land/property purchases, sales, and documentation.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reports.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, tax audits, and annual financial statements.




- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and other statutory records.
- Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.

Who We’re Looking For

B.Com / M.Com; CA Inter preferred.

2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office. Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.

Strong accounting and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and financial responsibility.

Salary: ₹3.6–4.8 LPA

For candidates with excellent skills and strong communication, compensation can be discussed based on profile.

Location: Anvam Infra Pvt. Ltd., Opposite Khandaka Hospital, Tonk Road, Jaipur

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
