Overview
PENNEP is looking for a detail-oriented Course Quality Analyst for our client to review and validate technical and non-technical certification courses for quality, accuracy, relevance, and industry alignment. The role involves evaluating course content, structure, assessments, and LMS implementation while coordinating with Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers, Content Writers, and Trainers to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate technical and non-technical certification courses.
- Ensure course content is accurate, relevant, updated, and aligned with industry standards.
- Review course structure, modules, learning objectives, assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
- Identify content gaps, factual errors, duplication, inconsistencies, and outdated information.
- Ensure alignment between learning objectives, course content, activities, and assessments.
- Evaluate courses from both subject-matter and learner perspectives.
- Review course content and functionality on LMS platforms before and after publishing.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers, Content Writers, and Trainers to resolve identified issues.
- Provide clear and actionable feedback for course improvements and revisions.
- Maintain course review checklists, feedback records, quality reports, and revision trackers.
- Ensure courses meet internal quality standards and certification requirements.
- Manage multiple course reviews simultaneously and ensure completion within publishing timelines.
- Conduct research to verify technical information, industry practices, and course relevance.
- Support continuous improvement of course quality, consistency, and learner experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
- Hands-on experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management/collaboration tools.
- Strong content review, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify content and technical inaccuracies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience and Preferred Skills
- 2+ years Experience in EdTech, online learning, certification, training, or e-learning content development.
- Familiarity with technical and non-technical certification courses.
- Understanding of instructional design, learning objectives, assessments, and course quality standards.
- Experience reviewing courses or educational/training content before publication.
