​Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with strong portal-sourcing skills, advanced Excel reporting capabilities, and a reliable daily commute to join our team on-site in Howrah. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, manage major job portal sourcing, and maintain recruitment tracking reports.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Job Portal Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and candidate-match using key hiring portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia) and local hiring channels.
- ​Requirements & Screening: Review manpower needs with department heads, conduct candidate screenings, and manage interview schedules.
- ​Advanced Reporting: Build and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring analytics using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- ​Full-Cycle Hiring: From searching candidate to onboarding.



Coordinate final interviews, negotiate offers, and oversee the complete onboarding pipeline.

​Qualifications & Criteria

- ​Commute Requirement: Candidate must reside within 1 hour maximum traveling time (one-way).
- ​Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record of sourcing candidates across major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- ​Excel Skills: Strong hands-on knowledge of Advanced Excel for tracking hiring metrics and status reporting.
- ​Core Recruitment: Expertise in candidate screening, requirements gathering, and interview coordination.
- ​Education & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with strong verbal/written communication skills.
