Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-performing UGC ads, Meta ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, commercials, brand films, and digital films.
- Create engaging edits with strong storytelling, pacing, hooks, transitions, and audience retention.
- Perform professional colour correction, colour grading, sound balancing, and final post-production.
- Lead, guide, and mentor Junior Video Editors.
- Collaborate with Creative Strategists and Project Managers to understand briefs and deliver high-quality content.
- Take ownership of projects from initial edit through final delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery without compromising creative quality.
- Organize project files and maintain efficient post-production workflows.
- Stay updated with current editing styles, trends, and creative techniques relevant to digital advertising.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong colour grading skills, preferably using DaVinci Resolve.
- Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, hooks, and audience retention.
- Experience editing advertisements, branded content, digital films, and short-form social media content.
- Previous leadership or team management experience is preferred.




- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and visual quality.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative agency environment.

Salary

₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month (In-Hand)

Salary will be based on experience, skill level, portfolio, and performance during the selection process.
