ABOUT THE SPIRITED SPOT

The Spirited Spot (TSS) is a high-energy bar and dining destination built around craft cocktails, global food, live music and warm hospitality.

TSS started its journey in Nagpur with the idea of creating a bar experience that goes beyond just food and drinks — bringing together cocktail culture, music, people and memorable experiences under one roof.

Content plays an important role in telling that story.

We are looking for a Video Editor based in Nagpur who can turn everyday moments at TSS into engaging, premium and relevant digital content.

ROLE

The Video Editor will be responsible for creating content primarily for Instagram Reels, Stories, digital campaigns and brand communication.

The role requires someone who understands the energy of hospitality and nightlife.

One day you could be editing a cinematic signature cocktail story, the next a chef video, and by the weekend you could be turning live music and a packed TSS night into a high-energy Reel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Edit Instagram Reels and short-form social media videos.
- Create content around cocktails, food, chefs, bartenders, live music, DJs, events and nightlife.
- Edit high-energy weekend and event recap videos.
- Create storytelling videos featuring chefs, bartenders and team members.
- Work with footage from professional cameras and mobile phones.
- Identify the strongest shots from large amounts of raw footage.
- Build engaging stories rather than simply joining clips together.
- Work effectively with music, rhythm, transitions and sound design.
- Perform colour correction and basic colour grading.
- Clean and balance dialogue, music and ambient sound.
- Add subtitles, typography and on-screen graphics where required.
- Optimise content for Instagram and other digital platforms.




- Maintain the TSS visual and content identity.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers and the marketing team.
- Organise and maintain the TSS video archive.
- Deliver time-sensitive content quickly, especially after weekend events and performances.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The candidate should have:

- 2+ years of professional video editing experience preferred.
- A strong portfolio of Reels and short-form video content.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional editing software.
- Knowledge of After Effects will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of music, pacing and visual storytelling.
- Good sense of typography, composition and colour.
- Understanding of current Instagram and short-form video trends.
- Ability to create both premium cinematic and high-energy nightlife content.
- Ability to work independently and meet quick deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with hospitality, food & beverage, nightlife, music, fashion, lifestyle or entertainment brands will be strongly preferred.

WHAT WE DON’T WANT

We are not looking for someone who uses the same template, transitions and trending audio for every Reel.

A bartender explaining a signature cocktail requires a different edit from a live band performing to a packed room.

A food story requires a different pace from a Saturday-night recap.

We want an editor who understands the emotion and purpose of the content before deciding how to edit it.
