Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Assistant Consultant to support operational excellence and continuous improvement projects across multiple client locations. The role involves data analysis, documentation, audits, process studies, and in office client coordination while working closely with senior consultants.

Job Profile / Key Responsibilities

- Prepare SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), presentations, posters, and related documentation as per project requirements.
- Collect and analyze operational data related to production, rejection, productivity, electricity consumption, and sales.
- Conduct work-study, time-motion study, and bottleneck analysis on shop floor operations.
- Assist in conducting audits such as 5S, Energy, and process audits.
- Support senior consultants in project execution and priority assignments.
- Coordinate with client teams and follow up for timely task completion.




- Visit client sites along with senior consultants for project implementation activities.
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Technical Skills Required

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Documentation and report preparation abilities
- Understanding of manufacturing and shop floor operations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
