- Manage daily store operations and shift activities.
- Lead and supervise the team during the shift.
- Ensure food, beverage, hygiene & safety SOPs are followed.
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and customer service.
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory, wastage and stock rotation.
- Ensure accurate POS, billing and cash handling.
- Drive sales through upselling and suggestive selling.
- Support training and development of team members.
- Ensure the store is clean, safe and operationally ready.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
