Role:
We are looking for Field Mobilizers to source candidates for domestic staffing opportunities in Delhi NCR, including maids, nannies, ayas, cooks, and household staff.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through village/community visits and local networks.
- Build relationships with local contacts, placement agents, SHGs, NGOs, etc.
- Explain job opportunities and relocation requirements.
- Conduct basic candidate screening and collect details/documents.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for interviews and placements.
- Maintain candidate follow-ups and generate referrals.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- Knowledge of the local area and community.
- Basic smartphone/WhatsApp skills.
- Experience in recruitment, field sales, NGO/community work is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
