Position: Production Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, supervise workers, achieve production targets, and maintain quality and safety standards. The role requires strong team-handling, problem-solving, and production planning skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Plan manpower and allocate workers according to production requirements.
- Monitor production targets, output, quality, and wastage.
- Ensure production schedules are completed on time.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift handover details.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
- Identify production issues and take corrective action.
- Train, guide, and motivate production workers.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and proper SOP compliance.




- Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in production/manufacturing supervision preferred.
- Good knowledge of production processes and shop-floor operations.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Willingness to work according to production/shift requirements.
