Job responsibility:
Customer Support & Service Provide prompt and skilled technical support to customers regarding quality equipment operation and performance.
Attend customer service requests and resolve equipment-related issues within defined timelines.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify technical issues at customer locations.
Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue escalation and resolution.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Education: Diploma / Degree (Any)
Experience: 1-3 Years Experience (Max)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
