We are a luxury boutique homestay located in Guwahati, Assam, near the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport. We provide luxury, peaceful authentic stay, and organic homestyled food to our guests.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial, and highly organized Operations & Marketing Manager to lead both the commercial growth and day-to-day operations such as ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing ground staff of our luxury homestay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Online Travel Agency Management (OTA) : Managing and optimizing our homestay on platforms like, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda and many more.
- Travel Agent Partnerships: Visiting and tying up with local destination management companies (DMCs), travel agents, and tour operators to get featured in their itineraries.
- Handling inventory, energetic pricing, and booking synchronizations of our homestay.
- Local Partnerships: Collaborating with local tour guides, taxi services, and experiences to create attractive stay packages.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, manage seamless check-ins/check-outs, arrange local transport, curate sightseeing itineraries,



and address guest issues or emergencies promptly.
- Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for housekeeping, maintenance, and the kitchen staff.
- Ensure the property remains impeccably clean, secure, and maintained at all times.
- Track online and offline bookings via booking engines or reservation sheets.

Requirements & Skills :

- Graduate degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent degree or diploma.
- Proven experience working in a hotel, resort, or boutique hotel management role located in Guwahati.
- Strong communication skills in Assamese, English and Hindi.
- Tech-savvy with proper knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and property management or booking software.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a welcoming, positive customer-first attitude.
- Outgoing personality with excellent negotiation skills to pitch to corporate clients and travel agents.

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
