✅ Key Responsibilities (KRAs – Junior Level)

Workforce & Compliance Support

- Assist in manpower tracking and maintaining shift-wise attendance records
- Support statutory compliance – help collect documents for PF/ESI claims within 48 hrs
- Document union meeting minutes and follow up on action items

Discipline & Payroll Support

- Issue charge-sheet as directed by HR Manager – ensure employee acknowledgment
- Assist in payroll data collection (attendance, OT, leave) – flag errors within 24 hrs
- Maintain confidential disciplinary files – zero unauthorized access

Safety & Sensitive Case Support

- Report workplace injuries immediately to HR Manager – help inform family
- Log contractor grievances and track resolution status daily

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Coordinate walk-in drives for workmen – fill vacancies within 15 days
- Complete joining formalities (bank account, PF nomination, medical) within 2 days
- Maintain candidate database – reduce cost per hire by 10%

Attendance & Leave





- Daily biometric attendance reconciliation – report absenteeism to shift supervisors
- Process leave applications within 24 hours – maintain digital leave register
- Generate monthly OT report – flag excess OT to HR Manager

Grievance & Separation Support

- Collect grievances from physical/digital box – acknowledge within 24 hrs
- Assist in full & final settlement calculation within 45 days
- Conduct exit interview for workmen – submit summary report monthly

- Basic knowledge of Factories Act, PF, ESI, and wage computation
- Experience with biometric attendance systems and MS Excel
- Ability to communicate in local language + basic English
- High integrity – no gossip, no data leakage
- Willingness to walk the shop floor and work in shifts (if required)

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
