Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding sales and service requirements.
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide information about bikes, services, offers and appointments.
- Follow up with sales leads, enquiries and prospective customers.
- Schedule service appointments and remind customers about upcoming service due dates.
- Make follow-up calls to customers after vehicle delivery/service.
- Collect customer feedback and identify customer concerns.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service and Workshop teams to resolve customer queries.
- Update customer details, call records, follow-ups and appointment status in CRM/DMS.
- Follow up on missed appointments, pending enquiries and inactive customers.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling, appointment and follow-up targets.
