Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide primary healthcare support to employees within the manufacturing facility. The candidate will assist in occupational health activities, first aid treatment, health monitoring, and medical record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first aid treatment and emergency medical assistance to employees.
- Maintain employee health records and medical files.
- Conduct basic health check-ups and monitor employee well-being.
- Assist in periodic medical examinations and health screening programs.
- Administer prescribed medications under medical guidance.
- Coordinate with hospitals and medical service providers during emergencies.
- Maintain medical inventory, first aid kits, and healthcare supplies.




- Support occupational health and safety initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare daily and monthly health reports as required.

Requirements

- B.Sc Nursing or GNM Nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency care procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, record maintenance).
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
