Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and dedicated Guest Service Associate (GSA) - Housekeeping to join our team at Raga on the Ganges. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic standards across guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and clean guest rooms, corridors, lobby, and public areas according to company standards.
- Replenish room amenities, fresh linens, towels, and toiletries promptly.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to manage room status, check-ins/check-outs, and repairs.




- Maintain inventory counts of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest room items.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Prior experience in housekeeping/guest services within a hotel or resort setting preferred.
- Freshers with a degree/diploma in Hotel Management are also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
